Campaigns are a big part of CIPA. We are aiming high and we are confident achieving our mission is not impossible.

 

Once we are up and running we are hoping to emulate the success of our UK Compassion In Politics friends.

 

• Building a cross-party network of elected politicians who have signed our Civility Pledge

• Support the establishment of an All-Party Parliamentary Group on Compassion in Politics within Australian parliaments

• Advocate on issues including democratic reform, reducing toxicity and MP safety.

• Initiated Legislation advocating for anti-lying legislation other to prevent political deception has been adopted by the Welsh Government.
